Cancellation Policy
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO SCHEDULE LA VIDA BEAUTY’S SERVICES. Guardian consent will not be accepted at this facility.
If you are unable to come to your appointment please cancel your appointment within 24 hours. Those who do not cancel within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service that was initially scheduled.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will need to be rescheduled for another date and time, that includes submitting a new deposit for the new scheduled appointment. This is to ensure them able to properly accommodate my clients and their scheduled services.
“No call no show” clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled service & will be banned from any future bookings.
